Returnable Products:
All products sold by The Waiter’s Friend Company Ltd are returnable within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of customized or personalized products, which are non-returnable.
Conditions for Return:
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Products must have all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, must be provided.
How to Initiate a Return:
Step 1 Contact our customer service team at sales@waitersfriend.com to initiate a return.
Step 2 Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product.
Step 3 Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Step 4 If the product meets our return conditions, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and our team will be able to help you organise a new product.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@waitersfriend.com.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost.
The Waiter’s Friend Company Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. If a return is refused, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
