Conditions for Return:
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Products must have all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, must be provided.
How to Initiate a Return:

Step 2 Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product.
Step 3 Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Step 4 If the product meets our return conditions, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and our team will be able to help you organise a new product.
Damaged or Defective Products:

We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost.
